Coverage for a wide range of EPL claims is available through Cincinnati Intermediaries. We have more than ten active markets, both admitted and non-admitted, ready to write the coverage. On many risks, we provide the most favorable venue language with punitive damages coverage and third-party liability coverage for harassment and discrimination allegations brought by non-employees, such as customers and suppliers. Cincinnati Intermediaries can also provide failure to make partner coverage for law firms.

 

INFORMATION NEEDED FOR COVERAGE PROPOSAL

An application along with complete claims information. For risks with than 100 employees, this is all that is required.

For risks with more than 100 employees and for some underwriters, we need to provide the following supporting information:

  • The employee handbook
  • Employment applications and other human resources forms
  • EEO-1 Report
  • Financial Statement
